Ask A Question
Qigong is a system of cultivation and development of the life force energy. Medical qigong is a natural way that individuals can heal themselves or be healed by a practitioner from problems that overwhelm the body. Medical qigong corrects the blockages of energy flow in the meridians that nourish the body’s muscles and organs. Meridians are subtle energetic channels or pathways in the body that effect the energy levels and health of the body. The flow of energy in the meridians can be disrupted by poor diet, injury , or emotional trauma.
Medical Qigong corrects the imbalances in the meridian channels my manipulating the flow of qi though the channel by either increasing or decreasing the flow of qi though the area of concern. A Qigong practitioner or energy healer has developed their energy to the point of being able to detect the energetic imbalances. These imbalances are then corrected by the Healer by using their own Qi to bring balance and harmony to their patient.
What dose a energy healing feel like?
People often report a range of different feeling and sensations while having a energy healing performed on them. Some people get very tired and report getting the best sleep they have experience after a Qigong healingsecession. The reason for this is because the body has received the proper amount of energy flow to be able to run properly in order to relax be body down in a proper sleep state. Some people report that they experienced hot and sometimes cold flashes while under going a healing secession. Temperature spikes in the body are due to the energy flow of the healer and the direction and intention that they emit their energy. For example a powerful energy healer who is skill will systematically raise the temperature of his or her Qi to over 102 degrees when working on a cancer patient. The reason for this is because cancer cannot survive at these high temperatures. Thus when the Qi gong practitioner raises the temperature in the body he kills the cancer. This is a natural method off what doctor are currently doing with chemotherapy.
Other sensations that a patient may feel are a euphoric high or energy buzz. It can be similar feeling to having a couple of beers or inhaling laughing gas. Some patients report a feeling of the room spinning or extreme tingling throughout the body. These sensations are all dependent on the amount of Qi the healer is emitting. Skilled healers can change the sensation of their Qi at will.
Because of the amazing result that so many people report regarding energy healing the process can seem magical or mystical. Western philosophy often tries to discredit the merit of Medical Qigong and the effectiveness of a Qigong healing. However there are millions of human beings

Taking advantage of the beneficial and therapeutic essential oils founds in many herbs and flowers is the practice of Aromatherapy. It is an alternative medicine and has be used by doctors and chiropractors.
Now medical experts are increasingly using aromatherapy as there is growing laboratory proof of its effectiveness. Progress is also being made in application systems for aromatherapy; aerial diffusion, direct inhalation, and topical application.
There are essential oils and other organic compounds that are known to have a range of beneficial effect on mood, focus, and energy. Many herb species are popular as a method for scenting the air in a home or work space. There are thousands of plants that have been shown to exhibit aromatherapy benefits.
Lavender, for instance, is known to have a calming effect on mood and is standard in potpourri. Basil, commonly utilized in recipes, has been the subject of many investigative experiments as a possible treatment for depression. Present findings indicates that it does have a healthy effect as a mood enhancer as well as alternative benefits.
In recent years there has been growing research on the potential health advantages of aromatherapy and so far research is encouraging. In France, where much of the medical research is happening, they make tremendous use of natural herbal flower chemicals as disinfectants, antibacterial treatments, and antibacterial treatments.
There is still much work to be done to discover how aromatherapy works. It is currently believed that there are two ways by which organic plants chemicals can promote health; the influence of their scent on the olfactory system and the pharmacological impact of some psychoactive plant oils. Scientists are still discovering how these two processes work and what role they might have in future treatments.
A significant amount of the current research on aromatherapy is focused on the delivery systems and techniques that are best. For aromatherapy to be widely used in main stream medicine there has to be a way to deliver precise dosages. Advancements and improvements in application devices such as diffusers and vaporizers is making that a possibility.
The writer has written a variety of articles on the potential of aromatherapy and different essential oils and oil diffuser
